Wholesale and Repair Shop FAQ
Ordering and Bulk Procurement
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We do not enforce a strict minimum order quantity for single part purchases. Repair shops can buy one DC power jack or one LCD screen at a time. Larger volume orders receive priority processing in our warehouse.
Can I get a wholesale discount on 10+ units?
Yes. We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders exceeding 10 units of the same SKU. Pricing is calculated based on current stock levels and product category. Please email mail@laptoppowerjackinc.com to request a formal quote for your specific quantity.
Do you accept purchase orders (NET 30)?
Our standard terms require cleared payment before any items leave our Hong Kong facility. We do not currently offer NET 30 terms or credit lines to new accounts. Once your business establishes a consistent six-month transaction history, we can review your account for custom payment arrangements.
Shipping and Logistics
Why do you only ship via Hongkong Post?
Hongkong Post provides the most reliable international tracking for our specific package dimensions. This method ensures cost-effective shipping for small components like keyboards or CPU fans. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds.
Why do you not ship to Italy?
We currently limit our logistics network to specific geographic zones based on carrier performance data. Shipping to Italy is not supported at this time due to high transit damage rates reported in that region. We regularly update our shipping map as new carrier agreements are signed.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is generated once your package is scanned by the postal service. You will receive this via email following our 48-hour dispatch window. Delivery to US, Canada, and Europe typically takes 9-18 business days.
Product Compatibility
How do I know which part fits my laptop?
You must provide the exact laptop model number or the specific part number from your defective component. We carry parts for HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, and several other brands. Using a generic part number instead of a manufacturer SKU may lead to fitment errors.
What is the difference between genuine OEM and compatible on your site?
Genuine OEM parts are original manufacturer components intended for factory use. Compatible parts are high-quality aftermarket versions designed to meet or exceed original specifications. We list both types clearly in our product descriptions to prevent confusion.
Do you sell internal motherboard parts?
Our inventory focuses on modular replacement components. This includes LCD screens, batteries, DC power jacks, and keyboards. We do not stock individual microchips or integrated circuit components for direct motherboard repair.
Returns and Quality Assurance
What if a part arrives DOA?
We test all parts before dispatch to minimize failure rates. If a component is Dead on Arrival (DOA), you have 14 days from the delivery date to report it. We track all defect feedback throughout this 14-day cycle to improve our quality control.
Do you cover return shipping?
For verified defective parts, we will provide a resolution after inspecting your feedback. Our standard policy requires the buyer to manage the initial return logistics for non-defective items. We prioritize rapid responses via mail@laptoppowerjackinc.com to resolve technical disputes quickly.
